About the Role
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established global team in London, UK.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing through to placement
- Developing and managing relationships with leading Financial Services organisations in the UK and internationally
- Working on specialist and senior-level mandates across the domestic and international markets
- Building and developing your own client and candidate network
- Developing deep sector expertise within your chosen area
- Working closely with our international teams across the UK, Europe, APAC, MENA and Africa
- Collaborating with our dedicated research team to identify and engage specialist talent

Required Skills
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Experience within Financial Services, Investment & Asset Management, Insurance, Reinsurance, Banking, Finance, Technology or related professional services
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Excellent sourcing, candidate engagement and market-mapping capabilities
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage assignments independently
- An entrepreneurial and proactive approach to developing a market
- The ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively within an international team
- Excellent written and spoken English
