🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Recruitment Consultant – UK
Dubai | Fully Remote
Remote People is expanding in UK, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to help us build and grow this exciting market.
This is a 360° recruitment role with a strong focus on business development, client acquisition, and delivering high-quality recruitment assignments.
Your role:
- Develop and manage your own client portfolio in the UK region
- Build relationships with HR leaders and senior decision-makers
- Generate new recruitment mandates and negotiate terms
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
- Build strong candidate networks and become an expert in the UK market

What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of agency recruitment experience
- Strong 360° and business development track record
- UK recruitment experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and comfortable working remotely
