Senior Recruitment Consultant | Cybersecurity and AI | London | Hybrid

I'm working exclusively with a global Executive Search firm specialising in Cybersecurity & AI. Since launching in 2022, they've become a trusted partner to VC-backed startups, scale-ups and publicly listed businesses across the US, EMEA and APAC. With ambitious plans to grow from 20 to 80+ consultants, it's an exciting time to join.
This is a relationship-led business where 80–90% of work is exclusive, 55% of revenue comes from VP & C-Suite appointments, and consultants work on high-value retained searches rather than high-volume recruitment.
