Senior Recruitment Consultant – USA Construction Recruitment
Location: Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

Cityscape Recruitment USA is part of the wider Cityscape Recruitment Group and specialises exclusively within the North American construction market. Operating across offices in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, Hoboken, New Jersey, and New York City, we have established ourselves as one of the fastest-growing construction recruitment businesses in our sector.
Since launching our U.S. division, we have delivered record-breaking results year after year and are on track for another record year. As our business continues to expand, we are looking to appoint an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant or Managing Recruitment Consultant to help drive the next phase of our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities across the U.S. construction market
- Build and manage long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement
- Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, networking, and referrals
- Negotiate terms, manage offers, and oversee the recruitment process through to completion
- Market your specialist recruitment desk through LinkedIn and personal branding
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior consultants as the team expands
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of Cityscape Recruitment USA

- Basic salary of £35,000 – £45,000
- OTE of £160,000+ with a highly achievable commission structure
- Uncapped commission of up to 30%

Requirements
- Willing to work U.S.-aligned hours: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (Monday–Wednesday) and 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Thursday–Friday)
- 2–6 years of 360 recruitment experience within U.S. Construction, U.S. Renewables, or U.K. Construction recruitment working for a UK based recruitment agency
- Proven billing history of £180,000+ (U.K. market) or $300,000+ (U.S. market)
- Strong business development skills with a track record of winning and growing client relationships
- Internal recruitment, HR or talent acquisition recruitment experience won’t be excepted towards the desired 2-6 years of 360 recruitment experience
