Senior Recruitment Consultant - Finance | Central London

What you'll be doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full 360° recruitment process, including:

  • Developing and growing client relationships through strategic business development activities, including calls, meetings, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identifying and engaging high-calibre Finance professionals across the Central London market.
  • Managing vacancies from initial client brief through to successful placement.
  • Conducting candidate interviews and providing expert career guidance.
  • Preparing candidates for interviews and managing the recruitment process throughout.
  • Negotiating offers and successfully closing placements.
  • Building long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates through exceptional service and market expertise.
  • Meeting clients and candidates both virtually and face-to-face.

You'll be supported by a knowledgeable and successful team, industry-leading recruitment technology, and a business that genuinely invests in your development and success.
