What you'll be doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full 360° recruitment process, including:
- Developing and growing client relationships through strategic business development activities, including calls, meetings, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identifying and engaging high-calibre Finance professionals across the Central London market.
- Managing vacancies from initial client brief through to successful placement.
- Conducting candidate interviews and providing expert career guidance.
- Preparing candidates for interviews and managing the recruitment process throughout.
- Negotiating offers and successfully closing placements.
- Building long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates through exceptional service and market expertise.
- Meeting clients and candidates both virtually and face-to-face.
