Your new team
Join our Milton Keynes Business Support team, where you’ll work alongside well-established consultants supporting clients across our core industries. You’ll be part of a high-performing, welcoming and collaborative group who partner with a broad range of commercial organisations across the Central region.
Due to continued success, we are investing further in our Business Support offering. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take ownership of a warm, established desk with existing client relationships and clear growth potential. You’ll have the autonomy to build on strong foundations, deepen client partnerships, increase market share and be rewarded through a competitive package with uncapped commission.
Your new role
We are looking for a sales-driven Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Milton Keynes office within our Business Support division, focusing on temporary placements up to £40k across Technical Administration, HR, Marketing and Procurement roles.
As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, your primary focus will be to proactively develop and nurture relationships with clients and candidates across the Business Support market, building better and more profitable solutions across Milton Keynes and the wider Central region.

The responsibilities of an Experienced Recruitment Consultant include:
- Develop new business relationships and maintain your existing network of clients through business development calls, client visits, networking and market engagement.
- Source, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled professionals across Technical Administration, HR, Marketing and Procurement roles.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, building strong, trust-based relationships across an established temporary desk.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with pace, accuracy and commercial focus.
- Collaborate and share market knowledge, leads and resources with the wider team and regional network.
- Consistently deliver on agreed targets and contribute to team performance.
- Be customer centric by using market insight to identify trends and create solutions that meet your clients’ strategic goals.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have previous recruitment experience and a proven track record in business development, client relationship management and delivering against targets. You will be a highly driven, ambitious and resilient individual who can navigate the highs and lows of recruitment while supporting success in those around you.
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within a commercial, professional services or Business Support market.
- Accountable with a strong track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Motivated towards achieving ambitious results and pushing outside your comfort zone to progress your career.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and communication skills, with confidence having honest conversations.
- People-focused with a strong sales and service mentality.
- Adaptable and agile, able to seek new opportunities in the market while sharing insight with your colleagues.
