Senior Independent Recruitment Consultant – Remote (UK)

About the role
Aimed at experienced recruiters who have already demonstrated their abilities within another organisation and now want to create something truly their own. You'll join Myn as an independent Recruitment Partner with full ownership of your client relationships, your process and your earning potential.
What you'll be doing
- Qualifying opportunities, engaging candidates, and closing placements, while Myn's AI and automation manage the rest
- Building and growing your own desk within your chosen speciality, if that's what you want
- Developing long-term candidate relationships
- Working independently with access to operational, compliance and technology support

What we're looking for
- A strong track record in agency recruitment, preferably in a specialist or leadership-hiring niche
- Proven commercial discipline and negotiation skills
- Confidence managing senior stakeholder partnerships
- A consultative approach that protects long-term outcomes, not just speed
- Able to work independently and know when to seek support
