Senior Recruitment Consultant – Industry 4.0
Hybrid - Brighton
Are you an experienced 360° recruiter looking to build a genuine specialist market rather than work disconnected vacancies?
My client is hiring a Senior Consultant to help grow its Industry 4.0 practice, recruiting across the UK, Europe, and North America.
The role covers Go-to-Market appointments within areas such as industrial software, smart manufacturing, IIoT, digital twins, automation, robotics software, industrial AI, and supply chain technology.
You will:
- Win and develop client relationships
- Deliver mid-to-senior and executive searches
- Build a recognized specialist desk
- Work closely with founders and senior commercial leaders
- Progress further into retained and executive search

Direct Industry 4.0 experience is useful but not essential.
