Senior Recruitment Consultant - Industry 4.0 & SaaS
Brighton | Hybrid to Fully Remote Available
Up to 40% Commission | Path to Partnership + Equity
This is an opportunity to join a specialist search firm partnering with SaaS companies, digital consultancies, and technology businesses across the Americas and EMEA - from ambitious growth businesses through to established global organisations.
You'll join an experienced consultant specialising in Industry 4.0, Digital Consultancy and SaaS, with the opportunity to leverage an established market while developing your own client relationships internationally.
The Market
Industry 4.0 is changing how businesses design, manufacture, operate, and scale.
You'll recruit for businesses operating across the technologies enabling this transformation - from industrial software and automation through to SaaS platforms, digital transformation, data, and connected technologies.
Clients range from innovative technology companies and digital consultancies through to businesses helping major enterprises modernise their operations.

The Opportunity
This is a genuine 360 recruitment role with the autonomy to develop your market in the way that works best for you.
You'll build new client relationships, win search assignments, and manage recruitment processes from initial brief through to placement.
The business operates across both Search and Scale hiring - combining high-value executive appointments with multi-role hiring projects for technology companies going through periods of significant growth.
You'll work alongside an established Industry 4.0 and SaaS specialist while having the freedom to build your own network, client base, and revenue.
Who They're Looking For
- Experienced Recruitment Consultants from any market - technology ideal but not essential
- Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships
- Comfortable generating new business and winning work
- Commercial, entrepreneurial, and relationship-led
- Someone looking for genuine long-term ownership rather than simply their next recruitment job
