Responsibilities:
- Network and build relationships with high-calibre IT professionals across multiple technology markets
- Manage candidates end-to-end, from initial approach through to successful placement
- Develop strong market knowledge and facilitate discussions between clients and candidates
- Client/account management, including job specification qualification, CV presentation, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
- Collaborate closely with colleagues on database management, market mapping, and business development initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in technology recruitment
- Proven billing record and/or success in client development
- Commercially sharp, resilient, and ambitious
- Confident engaging with senior technology stakeholders
- Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
