Senior Recruitment Consultant
Future Tech (London Market)
Based in Leeds

The opportunity
Future Tech is our team taking on the London market, with a clear mission: replicate the success we've built in Yorkshire and bring it south. It's a genuine platform to work with high-profile clients, build a serious network, and become the go-to specialist in your own vertical.
We invest in our consultants, supporting their delivery into new or existing markets. If you're an experienced 360 recruiter, whether you're already in tech or looking to move into it, this is a market with room to grow and the backing to help you do it.
What you'll be doing
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and beyond
- Writing and posting job ads
- Screening candidates by phone and managing them through the interview
- Extending offers and handling the tougher conversations when it doesn't work out
- Building a genuine, lasting talent pipeline
- Growing your personal brand on social media
- Staying sharp on what's moving in tech
- Winning new clients and deepening existing relationships
- Working across SourceWhale, LinkedHelper, and Paiger
- Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date
- Meeting clients face-to-face to explore new opportunities
- Negotiating fees and terms

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey key messages to diverse and wide audiences
- Strong at managing stakeholders
- Used to working to targets and delivering
- A sharp negotiator
- Tech recruitment experience is a plus
