Experienced Recruitment Consultant:
Are you at a stage in your recruitment career where change could unlock a new opportunity to progress? Have you found your stride as a high-performing biller but your company has limited progression opportunities or lacks the resources or recognition to help you build out a lucrative desk, and ultimately your own team? We have a unique opportunity on a VERY warm Contract Data/AI desk for an experienced recruiter to come in and own.
At explore group, we strongly believe that comfort can be the enemy of progress and are seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial, proven successful biller to be part of our future. Let’s set up a call so you can weigh up your options, and be sure you’re making informed decisions about your future career.
The Role
The role has been created organically with the previous consultant taking on a role more focused on business development and expansion. What does this mean for you? This means a warm and still active desk with lots of scope to still build out. With the previous consultant still in the business, all relationships have been retained, and there is a natural opportunity to handover and collaborate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
