Job Opportunity: Recruitment Consultant
Are you currently working in recruitment but feeling frustrated or perhaps you are working in the wider professional services sector and just ready for a change? We are a fast-growing recruitment business looking for energetic ambitious individuals who really want to make a difference to clients by placing the best individuals in some great companies. You might already be working in recruitment however this is not essential; we can teach you the skills and we have some of the best technology in the market. You might be currently working in a client facing profession but not getting much reward or even working within a legal or financial setting but looking for a role where you can really impact your direction and earning potential. You need to show us drive, energy and ambition and a keen interest in the legal or financial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and interviewing high calibre candidates in your field to fill job roles for existing clients
- Writing specific adverts to attract high calibre candidates
- Account management of existing clients
- Attending client meetings
- Networking at key industry events
- Providing a solution at every step of the way to your clients
The Person
- Ideally degree educated, with exceptional client relationship experiences, within recruitment or another business setting.
- The ability to surpass targets and thrive working in a competitive environment.
- A "can do attitude" and be open to change and self-development
- Stamina to work in a fast-paced business where what you put in you really do get out in terms of career development and financial incentives
