Orange Quarter is the leading Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering and Product recruitment partner based in London.
With offices in London, Berlin, Amsterdam, and New York City we partner closely with some of the world's most exciting VC-backed AI startups, helping them build world-class AI, engineering and product teams.
We're busier than ever and are now looking for one or two Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our growing London team.
What you'll be doing
- Own and grow your market. This could be Software Engineering, AI, product, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
- Build strong relationships with high-growth startups and tech companies across London.
- Run full-cycle recruitment processes, from headhunting through to offer, close and aftercare.
- Spend your days speaking to and meeting the top 1% of startup talent in London.
- Deliver consistently across both new and existing accounts, with a healthy mix of delivery and business development.
- Help shape the direction of the London office. We are a small team and your input will genuinely matter here.
- Stay on top of your market, keep up with the London tech scene, and continuously grow your network.

What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and can strike up a conversation with anyone in the room.
- A confident communicator who can lead conversations with both candidates and clients.
- A strong track record of high performance, inside or outside of work.
- A strong work ethic and intrinsic motivation.
- Coachability and a willingness to learn and take on feedback is key.
- Highly organised, with excellent follow-through instincts.
- Positive, high-energy, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills in English.
