Senior Recruitment Consultant
Location: City of London, Liverpool Street / Moorgate
Working pattern: Fully onsite, five days per week
As InterEx Group continues to expand, we are looking to hire experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performing team based in Moorgate.

The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, winning new business, and delivering specialist technology recruitment solutions across the contract market.
Business Development
- Develop new client opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Negotiate fees and manage ongoing client accounts

Candidate Management
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal tools
- Conduct interviews and qualification calls to assess candidate suitability
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network
- Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment process, from initial contact through to placement
Delivery & Performance
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual billing and performance targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
- Stay up to date with market trends, skills, and hiring demand
- Take ownership of your desk and contribute to the wider team’s growth

What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within technology recruitment
- Proven track record of billing success
- Confident working towards KPIs and revenue targets
- Strong business development, communication, and negotiation skills
- Driven, resilient, and commercially minded
- Ambition to progress within a high-growth recruitment business
