Newcastle | £35,000–£45,000 + 25% Uncapped Commission

RECSEEKERS has partnered with a specialist search business operating across Robotics and Go-To-Market, working with high-growth companies across the US and Europe.
With just six people in the business, each consultant owns a different specialist market. It’s a young, ambitious team where every hire matters, every consultant has room to build, and there is genuine scope to grow with the business.
This is for someone who wants more than another recruitment job.
It’s for someone who wants to build a market, become known for it and be rewarded properly for doing well.
BUILD A MARKET FEW PEOPLE UNDERSTAND
- You’ll develop your own specialist niche within Robotics and Go-To-Market, building relationships with founders, commercial leaders and high-growth businesses across international markets.
- The model is around 50% retained search, giving you the chance to build deeper client relationships and work on higher-value assignments rather than relying entirely on contingent recruitment.
- You’ll have the autonomy to win business, grow accounts and establish yourself as a genuine specialist in one of the fastest-growing technical markets globally.
PERFORMANCE SHOULD BE REWARDED
- If you’re good at recruitment and you’re prepared to put the work in, you should be earning considerably more than you would in a typical agency.
- Consultants here are billing at least £250,000–£300,000 annually, with stronger performers going significantly beyond that.
- Commission is simple: 25% of everything you bill, uncapped.
- No complicated thresholds. No moving goalposts. No ceiling.
- For high performers, monthly commission payments of £15,000+ are normal.
- If you’re already doing well elsewhere, there is a very realistic opportunity to increase your annual earnings by £30,000 or more simply by being in an environment that rewards your performance properly.

- You’ll already have solid 360 recruitment experience and be comfortable developing business, building relationships and owning your market.
- Your current sector isn’t the deciding factor. What matters is that you’re commercially minded, ambitious and prepared to put the work in.
