Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant | London | £40k–£65k + Commission
If you can build a desk, win clients and bill consistently, you should be paid and progressed accordingly.
We're working with established recruitment businesses in London looking for proven Senior 360 Recruiters who can genuinely own a market.
This is not a delivery role.
This is for proven 360 recruiters with serious business development capability. Resourcers and delivery-only profiles will not be considered. You must be able to win clients, build relationships, generate vacancies and deliver your own desk end to end.
What they are looking for
- Proven 360 agency recruitment experience
- Strong business development track record
- Consistent personal billings
- Evidence of winning and developing clients
- Solid tenure and career progression
- Commercially ambitious and comfortable building your own desk
- Any recruitment vertical considered
