What We're Looking For
- 2+ years' recruitment experience, ideally with a proven billing track record.
- Strong client development and account management skills.
- Confidence in business development and candidate engagement.
- The ability to manage a busy and varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
- A motivated, proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
What You'll Do
- Build, manage and develop long-standing relationships with clients.
- Identify, source and engage top talent through proactive headhunting and strategic networking.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from taking client briefs through to successfully closing offers.
- Grow your desk by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.
- Provide consultative market insight and advice to both clients and candidates.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and contribute to overall business success.
