About the Business – Senior Recruitment Consultant

Global infrastructure recruitment specialist working to place top talent in AI, Data, Security, and Networking by leveraging market leading client and candidate management. Working across both Contract and permanent roles.

What you will be doing – Senior Recruitment Consultant

  • Source and chase leads to win new business within your technical niche.
  • Networking with clients to maximize the ROI of key accounts.
  • Build relationships and increase client commitment through client entertainment and meetings.
  • Collaborate with the FF delivery teams to ensure excellent service to both clients and candidates.
  • Leveraging multiple headhunting techniques to find the best talent.
  • Utilizing relationship building skills to effectively manage candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Proactively problem solving any barriers to placement.
  • Accurately preparing candidates for interviews to provide a best-in-class candidate experience.

What experience are we looking for – Senior Recruitment Consultant

  • Previous recruitment experience – you will have 1+ years’ experience working in either a 180 Client Services role, bringing in new business, or a full 360 role
  • Drive and ambition – you like to win, are motivated by progression and development, and are excited about unlimited earning potential
  • Resilience – excited by targets and able to bounce back from setbacks
  • Team Player – you want to be part of a tight-knit and supportive team
