About the Role
Are you ready to take full ownership of a lucrative 360 desk and position yourself as the go-to talent partner in the bustling Facilities & Estates sector? MorganHunt is seeking an ambitious, drive-oriented Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead business growth from our London office. Operating on a full-time, permanent basis with a flexible hybrid working setup, this role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter who wants the freedom to drive new business, build lasting client networks, and directly influence their own career trajectory within a collaborative, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End 360 Recruitment: Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle across the Facilities & Estates sector, from advanced candidate headhunting and rigorous screening to final offer negotiations and post-placement care.
- Strategic Business Development: Drive revenue growth by proactively identifying market leads, conducting targeted cold and warm sales outreach, and pitching tailored recruitment solutions to prospective clients across London and the wider UK.
- Client & Candidate Partnership: Establish enduring, value-led relationships through in-person client visits, candidate consultations, and by delivering rich market insights that elevate MorganHunt as a trusted industry partner.
- CRM Database Management: Maintain meticulous data integrity on our CRM database, ensuring precise candidate skill coding, accurate contact tagging, and strict compliance throughout the recruitment pipeline.
- Leadership & Team Collaboration: Act as a senior anchor on the desk by sharing market intelligence, spotting cross-selling opportunities for other divisions, and offering practical guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven 360 Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrable track record of managing both candidate acquisition and client management within a fast-paced agency setting.
- Strong Business Development Skills: Essential ability to generate fresh business, execute effective sales strategies, and turn initial conversations into long-term commercial accounts.
- CRM Database Proficiency: Critical experience utilizing CRM systems effectively to maintain accurate records, track pipelines, and optimize daily workflows.
- Commercial Negotiation: Outstanding communication skills with a proven capacity to negotiate fees, handle complex offers, and engage senior industry stakeholders confidently.
- Market Acumen: A sharp, consultative mindset that enables you to map out target accounts, prioritize high-margin vacancies, and deliver results against challenging targets.

Nice-to-Have
- Specialist exposure to or existing market knowledge of the Facilities & Estates recruitment landscape.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting associate consultants as they onboard and scale their desks.
