Senior Contract Recruitment Consultant – M&E / Fire Protection

Central London | UK & EU | Senior Consultant / Principal level

Want to inherit a £60k+ per month contract desk?

We’re looking for an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to join a specialist Fire Protection division where the desk is already billing around £60k per month.

You won’t be starting from zero.

You’ll inherit live accounts, existing relationships, and active requirements from day one. Your market will focus on Active Fire Protection, including:

You’ll work across major Commercial, Pharma, Data Centre, and Mission Critical projects throughout the UK & Europe.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong contract recruitment experience
  • Comes from M&E, Engineering, Construction, or Fire Protection
  • Can build and develop client relationships
  • Wants ownership of a specialist, high-performing desk
  • Is motivated by billing, progression, and earning potential
