What You'll Be Doing

  • Recruiting permanent engineering professionals across the semiconductor and technology sectors
  • Managing candidate processes from initial approach through to offer and placement
  • Headhunting and engaging highly skilled technical talent
  • Building relationships with engineers, managers, and industry leaders across the US market
  • Working closely with our leadership team on retained and exclusive assignments
  • Delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Becoming a true market specialist within one of the world's most exciting industries
