Senior / Principal Contract Recruitment Consultant
If you're an experienced contract recruiter who knows how to do the job, and just wants the trust, support, and environment to do it well - this is worth a conversation.
At Talent International, we're continuing to grow our contract recruitment capability across core technology markets, supporting organisations through complex change and transformation. We're hiring Senior and Principal Consultants who want to focus on performance, relationships, and delivery - not internal noise.
The Opportunity
This is a role built for proven contract billers.
You'll be trusted to:
- Build and grow a contract book in the technology markets you know best
- Partner with clients on genuine transformation programmes
- Operate with autonomy, accountability, and commercial ownership
You'll be backed by a business that:
- Fuses human experience with cutting-edge recruitment technology
- Operates as part of a global digital staffing platform with deep candidate reach
- Has mature contract infrastructure covering compliance, payroll, onboarding, and delivery
- Works across scale-ups, consultancies, multinationals, and public sector organisations

What We're Looking For
- Senior or Principal experience in technology contract recruitment
- Confidence running a full 360° contract desk
- Strong billing history and long-term mindset
- Comfortable working across complex stakeholder environments
This is not a training or delivery-only role.
