Navitas Resourcing Group is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their high-performing London, Victoria office, focusing within the US market.
Navitas is a VC-backed recruitment start-up solely focused on supporting the solar, energy storage, and wind sector across the EU and US, on both a contract and permanent basis. In this position, you will be supported and coached by leadership with over 20+ years of energy recruitment experience. In return, they are looking for someone who has:

- 6+ months experience in Permanent Data Centre, Construction, Engineering, or Renewables Recruitment or similar markets
- Experience operating a 360 desk with a successful track record of winning new business
- An ambitious work ethic, shown through consistency and hard work
- A 'get up and go' mindset, with a passion for finding creative solutions and delivering them
- Motivation to provide a high-quality service and go the extra 1% for your candidates, clients, and colleagues
