Role Description
The Senior Recruitment Consultant role (Perms & Executive) is a full-time, position based at CLS Doncaster offices. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and matching talent to client requirements across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships with existing national and international clients
- Developing new business opportunities
- Providing consultative support on workforce planning and recruitment strategies
- Managing candidate pipelines
- Overseeing placement processes
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
The Senior Recruitment Consultant will also mentor junior team members, contribute to process improvements, and uphold CLS standards of service, quality, and performance.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and talent acquisition, including experience in Recruiting up to Senior Management and C-Suite level.
- Consulting abilities, with proven capacity to provide workforce planning and recruitment Consulting support to clients, offering initiative and alternatives to resolve any issues throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong Interviewing skills, including conducting structured interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and candidates.
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within civils, construction, healthcare, engineering, or manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets, manage multiple vacancies, and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and standard office software.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant professional training or certifications in recruitment or HR are beneficial.
