Senior Recruitment Consultant - Procurement & Supply Chain | Sheffield | Hybrid
W Talent, part of W Executive, is a forward-thinking recruitment business experiencing continued growth across the UK. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are now looking to strengthen our Sheffield team with a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Procurement & Supply Chain.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, commercially focused recruiter to take ownership of an established or developing market, recruiting junior to middle-management professionals across South and West Yorkshire. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, identifying new business opportunities and delivering a high-quality, tailored recruitment service. Whether you are an established Senior Consultant looking to take the next step or a Recruitment Consultant ready to develop your own specialist market, this role offers genuine autonomy, progression and earning potential.
The Market
You will specialise in the Procurement & Supply Chain market working as a 360 recruitment consultant across the engineering and manufacturing industry. You will recruit across a broad range of Procurement and Supply Chain positions, from junior through to middle-management level, including Procurement Assistants, Buyers, Junior Buyers, Procurement Officers, Purchasing Coordinators, Senior Buyers, Category and Strategic Buyers, Procurement Specialists, Supply Chain Coordinators and Planners, Demand and Materials Planners, Production Planners, Supply Chain Analysts, Inventory Controllers, Stock Controllers, Procurement Managers, Purchasing Managers, Supply Chain Managers, Category Managers and Procurement & Supply Chain Managers.

- Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from business development and candidate sourcing through to placement and aftercare.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, gaining a thorough understanding of their recruitment requirements and business needs.
- Proactively identifying and developing new client relationships across South and West Yorkshire.
- Sourcing, identifying and engaging high-quality Procurement & Supply Chain professionals across your specialist market.
- Conducting candidate screening and interviews to understand experience, motivations, salary expectations and career aspirations.
- Writing compelling and accurate job adverts designed to attract the best available talent.
- Reviewing CVs and preparing high-quality candidate profiles and shortlists for clients.
- Managing the recruitment process effectively, providing regular communication and feedback to both clients and candidates.
- Building a strong and engaged candidate network across Procurement, Purchasing and Supply Chain.
- Developing market knowledge and becoming a trusted recruitment partner within your specialist area.
- Achieving and exceeding individual revenue, activity and business development targets.
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Sheffield W Talent team.
What We're Looking For
We are interested in speaking with recruiters who have previous 360 recruitment experience, ideally within Procurement, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Engineering or another B2B recruitment environment. Above all, we are looking for someone who is commercially driven, customer-focused and ambitious, with the confidence to develop relationships, identify opportunities and build a successful specialist recruitment desk.

You will need:
- Previous 360 recruitment experience within a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine interest in developing a specialist Procurement & Supply Chain market.
- A proactive and commercially focused approach to business development.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
- A self-motivated, target-driven attitude and strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- The ambition to develop your career within a rapidly growing recruitment business.

We offer a competitive basic salary alongside a lucrative, uncapped commission structure, providing significant earning potential for high-performing consultants. You will have an uncapped commission and performance-based incentives with flexible working arrangements, including the option for some remote working. Additionally you will have a clear career progression from Recruitment Consultant through to Senior Consultant, Business Manager and beyond.
