Irish Construction Market | Flexible Working

GEDON™ is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of our Project Management & Project Delivery specialism across the Irish construction market.

This is not a cold-start desk. GEDON has built a strong reputation for senior and strategic appointments across the construction and built environment sectors, working with specialist contractors, engineering organisations, international contractors and leading Project & Cost Advisory firms.

Our established Commercial network naturally intersects with the people responsible for actually delivering these projects. Now we want someone to own that market.

The Opportunity

You will specialise in the strategic appointment of Project Managers and Project Delivery professionals, developing relationships with both established clients and new organisations across Ireland.

  • Develop and expand key client relationships
  • Identify hiring requirements and secure assignments
  • Map specialist Project Management and Delivery talent
  • Manage senior candidates throughout their career moves
  • Lead interview, negotiation and offer processes
  • Develop long-term relationships rather than transactional placements
  • Build a commercially successful specialist desk within GEDON

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The focus is quality over volume. You will work with experienced professionals and senior decision-makers, understanding the ambitions behind a hire rather than simply matching CVs against job descriptions.

The Market

Data Centres | Pharmaceutical | Life Sciences | Commercial | Residential | Energy | Renewables | Infrastructure

Appointments will span contractor, consultancy, developer and specialist environments. The opportunity is to become genuinely embedded within the Irish Project Management & Delivery community.
