About the Role
We’re now hiring an experienced 360 finance recruiter with proven business development skills to join our interim public sector team. Particularly interested in speaking with people with experience in Local Authorities remit, Non-profit, Charity, or Higher Education sectors.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with one of our top-performing consultants and to build on strong, established client relationships working direct with line managers and selling solutions. Who we’re looking for:
This role suits someone with a background in contract recruitment working across the public sector. Culture plays a big part in who we hire, so we look for people who bring:
- Clear, confident communication with both clients and candidates
- Around two years (or more) of recruitment experience, including business development
- Ambition and drive to achieve and progress
- A growth mindset—open to feedback, eager to learn from experienced colleagues
- A desire to be part of a high-performing, values-led agency
- The ability to learn quickly and spot opportunities to improve how we work
