We’re looking for an adaptable Recruitment Consultant who can recruit across a range of roles, functions and sectors while developing expertise in a specialist market.

You’ll support recruitment needs across the wider business, working closely with colleagues to understand different briefs and deliver successful placements. Alongside this, you’ll build your own specialism, developing strong market knowledge, candidate networks and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from taking a brief and sourcing candidates through to interviews, offers and placement.
  • Recruit across the wider business, adapting to different roles, levels of seniority and changing priorities.
  • Develop a specialist sector or discipline, becoming a trusted source of market insight and recruitment advice.
  • Build relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing clear, consistent communication.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through networking, referrals, advertising and direct approaches.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, sharing candidates, market knowledge and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and work towards agreed activity, placement and revenue targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
