Senior Recruitment Consultant - Contract/Freelance Team

London – 3 days a week
£35,000 - £40,000 basic salary plus commission

About the Role

We are expanding across two of our teams and looking to speak with experienced "360" agency recruiters who are open to a well-rounded recruitment role in a business with fantastic people, innovative benefits and an agile approach to work and flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying business opportunities within target clients / sectors
  • Carrying out business development activities to drive new business sales
  • Offering recruitment and talent solutions to clients and candidates
  • Sourcing high level candidates within your specialism
  • Engaging with active and passive candidates
  • Creating a strong personal brand and knowledge within your sector
