London | Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office
We’re hiring at round8!
round8 works across AdTech, Digital Media, Retail Media, Sports Media and the wider 'x-Tech' ecosystem, partnering with businesses from high-growth tech companies and scale-ups through to global brands across the UK, Europe and US.
We're looking for an experienced 360 recruiter.
We'll get you started with client intros, relationships, candidates and 25+ years of market credibility - but the opportunity is to take that platform and build on it.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is already a strong 360 recruiter with consistent billings
- Enjoys BD and building proper, long-term client relationships
- Is commercial, curious and credible with senior people
- Wants to become genuinely known and knowledgeable in their market
- Likes having autonomy and creating their own opportunities
- Still actually enjoys recruitment
You might already recruit in AdTech, Media, Sports or SaaS, but you don't have to. We’re more interested in finding a good recruiter who can see the opportunity in the markets we work in.

We’re a small, experienced and genuinely fun team. There aren’t layers of management, endless KPIs or lots of internal politics. You’ll work directly with the people who own the business, have flexibility and autonomy, and be trusted to operate like a senior recruiter.
There’s also a real international opportunity, particularly across Europe and the US, as round8 continues to grow.
