A well established global recruitment agency based in Dubai are hiring experienced Recruitment Consultants to join their specialist niche teams. You will be hiring globally and do not necessarily need experience hiring into the UAE.
The Role
- Senior Recruitment Consultant/ Recruitment Consultant level considered.
- Global hires in UK, Europe, USA, and UAE as well as other international locations.
- Dual desk perm and contract (mid to senior exec hires).
- 360 business development and sourcing end to end.
- Procurement, Supply Chain, or Commodities recruitment markets.
- 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
- The successful consultant can be based in Dubai, or commute from Abu Dhabi, or you might be relocating from the UK (They will wait for the right person to relocate).
- Contingent and Retained (you don’t need experience on retained pitching to secure the role).
- Work with SMEs to Large blue chip multinationals.
- Delivery with existing clients and do BD to win new clients.

The Requirements
- The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have at least 18 months 360 Recruitment experience ideally in Commodity trading, Procurement, or Supply chain, or another professional market, or you will have strong B2B sales experience.
- Be based in Dubai currently or have a strong drive and reason to relocate to Dubai (You must have visited before and know you like it and have a reason to relocate there).
- At Principal Recruitment Consultant level, management or mentoring experience would be useful.
- Strong academic background including a Bachelor's degree ideally.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) essential for the role.
- Fluency in a second language such as (German, Arabic, Dutch, French, Swedish, etc.) would be a bonus.
- Proven results from BD in a Recruitment role and good billings as a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant.
- Motivated, hard-working recruiters that really want to push and be top billers.
