Residential Management Recruiter
Consultant to Associate Director | London | Real Estate Recruitment
An established and highly regarded boutique Real Estate recruitment business is looking for an experienced Residential Management Recruiter to take ownership of an existing and profitable market.
This is very different from joining a business and being asked to build a desk from scratch.
The Residential Management market is currently being covered by an Associate Director alongside his wider desk and is already generating approximately £125,000 per year – despite having no dedicated recruiter and very little active promotion.
The person joining will inherit those existing client relationships, contracts, candidate networks and revenue stream from day one, with the opportunity to develop the desk into a significantly larger specialism.
The Market
The desk operates across the London Residential Management market, with clients including leading landlords, estates, developers and property management consultancies.
Typical recruitment covers areas including:
- Residential Property Management
- Residential Building Management
- Mixed Use
- Build to Rent (BTR)
- Client-Side Residential
- Senior Residential Management appointments
Roles range from Property and Building Manager level through to Associate Director and Head of Residential.
Who They’re Looking For
This opportunity would suit someone already recruiting within Residential Management / Residential Property who has established relationships and a good reputation within the market.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Business
You’ll be joining an award-winning boutique recruitment business with an established reputation within the London Real Estate market.
