We want Cubiq to be unavoidable. When a business hits a hiring barrier, or a good candidate starts thinking about a move, we want the first name in their head to be ours.
We're a decent way there. Our consultants get recognised at conferences around the world. We put on the networking events that bring the best people in an industry into one room. None of that happened by accident and none of it was easy. It came from building genuinely specialist teams and then backing them to go deep rather than wide.
That's what you'd be joining. You'd build a name in your market faster here than you would anywhere else, because you'd be working somewhere that already has one.
The team you're joining
Cubiq Robotics was established close to a decade ago, and we've spent that time developing relationships with some of the biggest names in the field. Our clients include genuine robotics pioneers, and we're extremely proud of the desk we've built and the reputation we hold with our client partners.

- You've recruited software engineers before. Industry doesn't matter. US market experience helps.
- You're a proven 360 biller, and you can show it
- You've won new clients yourself, and you can talk through how you did it
- You're comfortable setting your own BD plan and owning the results, with a team that's right behind you
- You've stepped up so far, through promotions, bigger clients or rising billings, and you'd like to lead one day

- Uncapped commission up to 50%, no threshold, so you earn on every pound you bill
