We are actively looking to engage passion and high-quality recruitment and talent experts for a new role, as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, in our business operation in Nottingham!

Job Description
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will report in to the Managing Director on a daily basis. You will work on a hybrid basis (to suit your lifestyle) from our Nottingham office based within West Bridgford.
- Identifying and developing both candidate and client relationships.
- Advising on the best, consultancy led, recruitment solution for attracting top-quality clients.
- Maintaining and growing a specialist network of candidates and clients.
- Sourcing top specialist talent and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
- Managing a 360 recruitment process through the interview to offer stage and salary negotiations.
- Developing candidates through CV, interview and career advice.
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have an expansive background in recruitment and / or business development. Due to investment funding we are keen to look forwards into both new and existing sectors within the market. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will have the following skills and experience:

- 3+ year's experience in agency based recruitment
- An enhanced client portfolio around your given recruitment sector (such as logistics, education, supply chain, finance, engineering, etc).
- Ability and experience providing consultancy led services to a mixed SME and Blue-chip client base.
- Desire to hit and exceed targets.
- Excellent customer service experience
- Commutable to West Bridgford, Nottingham on a hybrid basis.
