We’re looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Manufacturing & Engineering team.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build and grow a successful recruitment desk, develop their own client base and make a real impact within a market where we already have a strong reputation and some exciting areas of growth ahead.
You’ll have some warm clients and opportunities to work with initially, giving you a strong platform to get started, while having the freedom and support to develop new relationships, win business and grow your desk in your own way.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys the full 360 recruitment process — someone who can pick up the phone, build relationships, win business and ultimately take ownership of their own success.
What you'll be doing
- Building and growing your own 360 recruitment desk
- Working with warm clients initially while developing new business opportunities
- Winning new clients and developing long-term relationships
- Building a strong network of candidates across Manufacturing & Engineering
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
- Sourcing talent through LinkedIn, referrals, networking and proactive search
- Developing your personal brand and reputation within the market
- Taking ownership of your desk, your clients and your billings

What we're looking for
- ✔️ Previous 360 recruitment experience
- ✔️ A proven ability to build relationships and develop business
- ✔️ Someone who is commercially minded and confident picking up the phone
- ✔️ Ambitious, self-motivated and driven to succeed
- ✔️ Someone who wants to build something rather than simply inherit it
- ✔️ A recruiter who takes ownership and wants to develop a successful long-term career
Manufacturing or Engineering recruitment experience would be great, but it’s not essential. We’re more interested in your recruitment track record, attitude and ability to build a successful desk.
