Opus People Solutions is hiring within their specialist services team which focus on professional office based recruitment on a permanent basis.
We are seeking a driven, hungry, outgoing and passionate recruiter to join a great team. This role is remote, so your ability to drive your own results alongside support is essential.

Duties
- Build and develop a client base involving cold calling, speccing activities and cold emails.
- Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Attend networking events.
- Winning new vacancies and business, always looking for new opportunities.
- Supporting Senior Consultant in helping to fill high volume of vacancies we already have available - earning commission on anything filled.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide insights on market trends.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using Workday, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, or other relevant systems.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events to expand the talent pool.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment is essential ideally within Private Sector Commercial recruitment.
- Experience within sales, cold calling and building relationships is essential.
- A drive to succeed.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Team Player attitude.
- Experience in lead generation techniques and social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
