Ready for the next step in your education recruitment career?
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our established education recruitment business in Harrow.
This opportunity is specifically aimed at someone who already works within education recruitment, understands the demands of the sector and has a proven ability to develop relationships with schools, generate business and successfully place education professionals.
But we're looking for more than just another recruiter.
We're looking for someone who wants to grow, take ownership and become part of the future leadership of the business.
If you're currently performing well as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant but feel your progression into management is limited where you are, we'd like to speak to you.
The Opportunity
You'll join an established education recruitment business and be given the opportunity to develop your own desk, strengthen existing school relationships and generate new business across the education sector.
You'll have the autonomy to make an impact while being supported to take the next step in your career.
For the right person, our intention is to create a clear pathway towards a management position.
We want someone who doesn't just want to hit their own targets, but who ultimately wants to lead people, develop consultants, grow a team and help drive the business forward.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
