Senior Consultant — GTM Recruitment
📍 Oxford / Thames Valley (2-3 days per week)

2–4 years' recruitment experience.
About the Role
You've learned enough about recruitment to know two things:
- Building a desk is insanely hard.
- If you get really good at it, the opportunity is enormous.
We're looking for someone to come and own and build a specific market for us within GTM in London. You don't need to know that market today — we'll teach you.
You'll work directly with one of our Co-Founders and get the opportunity to own and build a specific GTM market in London from the ground up — becoming known by the best talent and the companies that want to hire them.
The Person We're Looking For
- You've got 2–4 years' agency recruitment experience and have started learning how to build a desk.
- You're highly driven and you like talking to people. A significant part of your week will be spent on the phone — prospecting, creating new opportunities, networking, speaking to candidates, calling clients and creating new relationships. You already do this; now you want to become exceptional at it.
- You're an extremely high-velocity learner. Give you feedback on Monday and you're noticeably better by Friday.
- You're slightly obsessed with recruitment. This isn't something you've fallen into while you work out what you really want to do. You know this is your career.
- You understand the opportunity in becoming known for one market, building an exceptional network within it and learning how to monetise those relationships over a career.
- You don't need to recruit GTM today. We're much more interested in whether you've learned how to recruit, started building a desk and have the drive and learning velocity to become exceptional. We'll teach you the market.

You'll learn search, outbound BD, market development, client origination, content and how to build a desk directly alongside the founders.
And if you're brilliant, we're not hiring you to remain a Senior Consultant forever.
We're looking for someone who could become an important part of the company we're building.
Location
📍 Oxford / Thames Valley
You'll need to be able to work with me in Oxford at least two days a week, ideally three. Oxfordshire, Reading, Thames Valley and West London can all work, as long as you can get here 2-3 days a week.
Compensation
💰 Up to £35k base depending on relevant experience + significant uncapped commission upside.
