Senior | Principal | Head of Recruitment – All Levels Considered
AI, Data & Software Recruitment | Remote (UK or Europe)

About Connect-AI
Connect-AI is the specialist AI, Data & Software division of Connect Group.
We only launched in January 2026, but we've already built fantastic momentum and secured partnerships with exciting businesses across the UK, Europe and the US.
We're currently a team of 4, but we'll be growing to 7 by the end of the year, with 3 new hires joining our founding team.

The Opportunity
This is a genuine founding consultant role where you'll have the freedom to build your own market, develop your own clients and become one of the key people driving the future of Connect-AI.
You'll be:
- Building and growing your own client portfolio across AI, Data and Software
- Working with some of the most exciting startups and scale-ups in the UK, Europe and the US
- Running a true 360 recruitment desk from business development through to placement
- Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to founders, CTOs and hiring leaders
- Recruiting exceptional software engineers, AI specialists, data professionals and technology leaders
- Helping shape the future of a rapidly growing business
Who We're Looking For
You'll probably have experience recruiting within Tech, AI, Software, Data or another specialist market, but we're open to different levels of experience.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who:
- Loves business development and winning new clients
- Enjoys building long-term partnerships rather than transactional recruitment
- Is ambitious, driven and wants to build something meaningful
- Wants autonomy instead of endless KPIs and micromanagement
- Is excited by technology, startups and innovation

What You'll Get
- Uncapped commission of up to 25%
