Due to continued growth, Beach Baker is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our industry-leading Bristol team.

Working within the Real Estate sector, you'll have access to an established client base, long-standing candidate relationships, and a proven recruitment model that has delivered over 2,000 successful placements across the UK.

This is an opportunity to specialise in the Real Estate sector, working with some of the UK's leading consultancies, developers, and investors.

We work with many of the UK's leading consultancies, developers, investors, and corporate organisations. Unlike many recruitment businesses, you'll inherit access to an established network of clients and candidates, helping you generate revenue faster and build long-term relationships.

The Role

  • Manage and grow your own specialist recruitment desk.
  • Develop relationships with leading employers.
  • Deliver contingent recruitment assignments.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Become a recognised expert within your chosen sector.
  • Develop your skillset to include retained search.

About You

  • Minimum three years' 360 recruitment experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded and proactive.
  • Ambitious to build a long-term career within a specialist recruitment business.
