Senior Recruitment Consultant - Construction Sector
Are you looking for your next career move with a market leader? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our construction team, who has a strong reputation across the industry.
Our construction team is recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant for their Reading based business. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will inherit a warm White Collar Freelance Desk, working with some of the biggest names in the sector!
On the client side you can expect to:
- Generate old/new client relationships through business development and sales calls
- Manage current relationships within the business
- Grow existing client accounts by identifying further sales opportunities
- Interact with clients to assist them with their recruitment needs
- Meet with client face 2 face on a weekly basis
