360 Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant

High Commission | Complete Autonomy | No KPIs | No Micromanagement | Flexible Working

We’re looking for experienced 360 recruiters who know their market, know how to run a successful desk and want significantly more control over both their earnings and the way they work.

This isn’t a role for someone who needs a rigid structure, daily KPIs or a manager telling them how many calls to make.

It’s designed for proven recruiters who back themselves.

The Opportunity

You’ll operate your own 360 desk within a highly autonomous recruitment environment, with the freedom to manage your market, build client relationships and generate revenue in the way that works best for you.

There are:

  • No call KPIs
  • No CV targets
  • No micromanagement
  • No rigid working structure
  • Complete autonomy over how you run your desk
  • Exceptional commission and earning potential
  • Genuine flexibility around how and where you work

You’re trusted to deliver.

Autonomy doesn’t mean being left completely on your own either. There are highly experienced recruitment professionals on hand whenever you want support, advice or a second opinion. We’re talking genuine industry heavyweights with decades of experience building desks, teams and recruitment businesses themselves. If you need input on a client strategy, negotiation, deal or growth opportunity, that support is there when you want it.

What We’re Looking For:

You must be an experienced 360 recruiter who can independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Business development and winning your own clients
  • Developing and managing client relationships
  • Taking and qualifying vacancies
  • Sourcing, headhunting and qualifying candidates
  • Managing processes from initial brief through to placement
  • Negotiating fees and offers
  • Building and developing a sustainable desk within your specialist market

We’re particularly interested in recruiters who genuinely understand their sector, have an established network and can identify where the commercial opportunities are within their market. Your specific sector is less important than your ability to recruit successfully within it.

The Earning Opportunity

This is a performance-led model designed to give successful recruiters a significantly greater share of the revenue they generate. Commission can reach up to 80%, meaning strong billers have the opportunity to earn considerably more from the same level of performance than they might within a traditional recruitment agency.

To put that into perspective:

  • A recruiter billing £250k per year on a £40k basic with a typical staggered commission structure might take home around £78k–£80k in total.
  • On our high-commission model, the same £250k of annual billings could generate approximately £135.5k in earnings.
  • That’s around £55k+ more from producing exactly the same level of business.

There are also potential routes involving a basic salary, including a smaller guaranteed basic that can sit alongside a high-commission structure. The exact package can therefore offer some flexibility depending on the individual, while retaining the earning potential that makes the model so attractive.

The Benefits of Going Independent — Without the Headache

The structure gives you many of the benefits of running your own recruitment business, without having to set one up and fund everything yourself. You can focus on recruiting, developing your market and generating revenue while the wider infrastructure is already in place, including:

  • CRM and recruitment technology
  • LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
  • Job boards
  • Marketing and brand support
  • Contracts and legal documentation
  • Invoicing and administration
  • Business infrastructure and operational support

In short, you get the autonomy and earning potential of working independently without the cost, admin and operational headache of running an agency from scratch.

Who Will This Suit?

This will particularly suit a successful recruiter who looks at what they bill each year and feels they should be seeing more of it.

You may have considered going independent but don’t want the financial risk, upfront costs or responsibility that comes with starting your own recruitment company. You want autonomy. You want flexibility. You want experienced people around you when you need them, without someone constantly looking over your shoulder. And most importantly, you want your earnings to better reflect the revenue you personally generate.

If you’re a strong 360 recruiter who knows their market, backs their own ability and wants to keep significantly more of what they bill, we’d like to hear from you.
