We're looking for an experienced sourcer on behalf of our client, a growing UK-based recruitment agency specialising in Cybersecurity Recruitment.

THE OPPORTUNITY
- Salary: Up to £45,000 basic, depending on the experience, plus quarterly commission
- Location: Flexible. Office in London or Remote
- Start date: Immediately
WHAT YOU'll BE DOING
- Running active candidate searches across different roles
- Building targeted lists using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator and other sourcing platforms
- Approaching passive candidates with clear, relevant messages
- Following up consistently across LinkedIn, email, phone and other appropriate channels
- Keeping structured notes on candidate conversations, feedback and suitability

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Over 12 months of active recruitment or sourcing experience
- Able to adapt your approach, whether the brief requires sourcing many candidates quickly or finding a smaller number with precision
- Experienced in turning briefs into structured sourcing strategies, managing follow-ups and keeping clear notes
- Comfortable working independently, finding candidates for difficult roles and explaining your reasoning clearly
- Target-driven and comfortable with a salary-plus-commission structure
- Some technical skills (coding or vibe-coding) and knowing how to use AI tools to search and validate candidates is a plus
