About the Opportunity

I’m working with a leading international law firm that is looking to appoint a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join its established Talent Acquisition function.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take ownership of senior and specialist hiring across the firm, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to deliver high-quality recruitment across a complex, international professional services environment.

The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a high-performing environment, is confident managing senior stakeholders, and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping recruitment strategy and talent across a global law firm.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing recruitment across a range of senior and specialist positions, acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across senior, specialist, and business services roles
  • Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, Partners, Directors, and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and develop effective search strategies
  • Developing targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, direct sourcing, networks, and other talent channels
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
  • Providing market insight around candidate availability, compensation, competitor activity, and recruitment trends
  • Conducting detailed candidate assessment, interviews, and screening
  • Managing candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
  • Advising hiring managers on recruitment strategy, market conditions, and candidate expectations
  • Working closely with HR Business Partners and wider Talent teams to ensure recruitment activity aligns with the firm's broader people strategy
  • Supporting recruitment projects and initiatives designed to improve processes, candidate attraction, and employer brand
  • Using recruitment data and market intelligence to identify trends and improve hiring outcomes
  • Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives across the firm's recruitment activity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
