Arcus FM is recruiting an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join their growing team. You’ll be supporting a diverse client base in the multi-site retail sector.

What You’ll Do
- Mobile servicing – maintain and repair supermarket refrigeration systems across assigned sites
- High-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing, and repairs
- Exceptional customer service – ensuring systems run smoothly for retail clients
- Hands-on, dynamic work – no two days will be the same
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Valid UK driving license
- Refrigeration engineering experience
- F-Gas Certification (C&G 2079)
- CO₂ Refrigerant Qualification
- Proven experience in supermarket refrigeration systems
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Health & Safety awareness with a robust work ethic

Additional Notes
- Working Hours: 45 hours per week (Mon–Fri)
- On-call shifts: every 4th week on rotation
