We’re looking for a Senior Regional Compensation Partner to lead and scale our compensation programs across the UK, Denmark, wider Europe, and Asia. You’ll be the go-to advisor for market benchmarking, job architecture, annual pay cycles, and regional compensation analytics—ensuring our pay practices are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned to business goals. You’ll partner closely with HR, Finance, HRIS, Payroll, and business leaders to drive data-informed decisions that attract and retain top talent.

What you’ll do

  • Administer and govern compensation programs across regions, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
  • Own and evolve our job architecture (levels, families, career paths) for consistency and transparency.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to benchmark roles and set competitive salary ranges.
  • Collaborate with Finance on workforce planning, headcount modeling, and compensation budget forecasts.
  • Lead annual pay cycles (merit, promotions, incentives) with process integrity and on-time delivery.
  • Manage compensation surveys (e.g., Radford), analyze market data, and recommend market adjustments.
  • Conduct internal pay equity analysis; recommend and track remediation actions.
  • Ensure data integrity and controls across HRIS and Payroll; maintain auditable documentation.
  • Liaise with HRIS and Payroll to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate pay outcomes.
  • Perform annual economic research, recommend inflation assumptions, and report regional trends.
  • Lead regional compensation projects and support ad-hoc executive requests.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
