Personality behind every plate. Food first. Always.
At Dine, food isn’t an add-on. It’s the centre of everything we do.
Founded in the Northwest in 1997 and still proudly based in Warrington, we've built our reputation on doing things differently. We believe workplace dining should never be generic. That's why we combine outstanding food, exceptional hospitality and genuine partnership to create experiences that bring people together and add value to our clients' workplaces every day.
Today, Dine is a nationally recognised business with the backing, scale and investment of Compass Group UK & Ireland, while retaining the agility, personality and entrepreneurial mindset that has always set us apart.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional operational leader to join our Northern leadership team as Senior Regional Manager.
About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll lead our North East & Scotland portfolio, with responsibility for operational performance, client satisfaction, commercial delivery and people leadership across the region. You'll provide leadership and direction to two Regional Managers, ensuring our teams continue to deliver the standards, innovation and customer experiences that our clients expect.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
