Where we need your help
The Senior Regional Merchandiser is the architect of our stock flow strategy across all channels and regions. You own the end-to-end management of how product reaches our customers, from the moment it leaves the warehouse to when it is displayed on the shop floor. Balancing analytics with a commercial mindset, you ensure every door has the right depth, breadth, and newness cadence to maximize sales while protecting profit. This is a highly visible, strategic role that acts as the vital link between our central merchandising/product teams and our global leadership, ensuring healthy stock both in store and warehouse. The role involves supporting on all D2C and wholesale accounts including own stores, physical and online concessions and trade partners, with direct reports taking a lead on specific regions.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in the spreadsheet and in the room: pairing analytical rigour with the influencing skills needed to land trading decisions with cross-functional partners at pace.
What you’ll do
Strategy & Store Tiering
- Tiering Architecture: Owns the global store tiering framework, grading locations by turnover, customer profile, and space. Regularly review and flex this framework to optimize assortment, depth, and replenishment frequency in alignment with regional MDs
- Target Setting: Oversee store-level target setting processes, ensuring they align with broader regional commercial goals and inventory availability. Build the correct process for target setting for never-out-of-stock, continuity, and new product. Ensuring this flows into all inventory calculations across retail, outlet, web and wholesale
- Capacity & VM Alignment: Own stock capacity and work with VM to align on needs in stores, ensuring that our allocation strategies are physically executable and visually impactful.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
