About PASQAL
PASQAL designs and develops Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) and associated software tools. Our innovative technology enables us to address use cases that are currently beyond the reach of the most powerful supercomputers; these cases can concern industrial application challenges as well as fundamental science needs.
In addition to the exceptional computing power they provide, QPUs are highly energy efficient and will contribute to a significant reduction in the carbon footprint of the HPC industry.
Job Description
We are building a European team of quantum computing enthusiasts dedicated to promoting PASQAL technology and raising market awareness of the power of neutral-atom quantum computing.
As Senior Regional Sales, UK, you will drive the entire sales process, from strategy to deal closing, while overseeing commercial and sales engineering operations across the United Kingdom. You will define and deploy B2B strategies and deliver value to our current and future strategic clients in the region. You will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving revenue growth across the UK market.
Working closely with our global sales team, you will actively contribute to PASQAL's mission: unlocking the potential of quantum computing and enabling end users to accelerate their applications.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets across your assigned UK territory and accounts.
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies and strategic growth plans for the UK, particularly with strategic clients in the region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients across the United Kingdom. Develop initiatives to strengthen these relationships and grow their annual consumption of PASQAL products and services.
- Communicate our unique value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in the full end-to-end sales cycle across the assigned territory.
- Prospect and engage new potential clients from targeted industry sectors across the UK through events, conferences, emails, phone calls, and video conferences.
- Participate in and speak at relevant industry events to promote PASQAL products and services, including managing the PASQAL booth at conferences.
- Define and communicate sales objectives, and provide regular progress reporting to leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the wider sales team (VP Sales EMEA, content marketing, product/go-to-market marketing, content management, and Business Development Managers from other regions), as well as with PASQAL's R&D teams.
- Work with the marketing team to create and update marketing materials tailored to the UK market.
- Stay continuously informed on new products/services as well as new pricing and payment offerings.
- Report commercial results (weekly / monthly / quarterly) to the VP Sales EMEA.
- This list of tasks is not exhaustive.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
